An old traditional warehouse with offices out the front was transformed into seven separate shops. Each of the tenancies required large fire-rated walls, separate toilet facilities and new ceilings, with all facilities.
The new shop fronts were installed to create a uniform street frontage. A large canopy with signage above it highlights the shop entrance. In order to maintain indoor- outdoor flow, while meeting council bylaws, a retaining wall was formed out the front of the site to create an area with additional seating. A kerb was erected along with drainage to the new large carpeting area to meet strict council rules.
